This was actually so fun.
[How I perceived the lyrics bc they weren’t typed out + me singing and playing in one take each and messing up]. Julia don’t correct me. Just laugh. It’s a little out of tune but I accepted it. Refused to tune. Just picked up the guitar and went. I wanted to pretend like I was playing it live.

woo college! i can’t speak for college during COVID, but i’d say be open to new experiences, don’t drink too much, and remember that often the best lessons come from outside the classroom

Damn, you’ve got that stuff. So happy to see your sweet take on what is easily one of my favorite songs that’s been submitted. And you’re just going to college?! You’re gonna rock at open mic nights. Try all the things, and remember to eat some fruit from time to time.
